CHRISTOPHER DYER is the founder and principle of Dyer Consulting Services.  He has a demonstrated track record of delivering results and improving operations for a variety of government and non-profit organizations. Dyer formerly served as the Director of the Office of GLBT Affairs, for the District of Columbia Government under Mayor Adrian Fenty.  In this position, Dyer was responsible for recommending and implementing policy changes to improve the lives of GLBT residents in the District of Columbia and represent the Mayor to the GLBT community. Prior to his mayoral appointment, Dyer worked for a variety of non-profit organizations including the American Lung Association, the American Bar Association, the Association of American Colleges and Universities and the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing.

Dyer has been recognized with a number of awards from organizations like Capital Pride, the Gay and Lesbian Activist Alliance, Whitman Walker Health and the District of Columbia Government. He is always looking for new opportunities to help organizations grow and achieve results.
